Former Miss USA Shanna Moakler, a terrific Las Vegas party girl, went with a slinky look after midnight Friday at Crazy Horse III strip club, where she celebrated a birthday and promoted her VH1 show, “Hollywood Exes,” debuting April 30.

Check back in few years). Apt with sexting generation coming of age, placing inadvertent pressure on beauty pageants org. to change the rules regarding nudity and girls participating in adult flicks. Shanna is well-positioned to influence the organizers. To loosen up on the archaic rules and regulations.

Shanna Moakler — Vegas party girl/former Miss USA/Playmate — told me she loves her new cosmetic surgeries so much, she plans to attack her thighs next.

Moakler underwent sculpting for her chin, arms and tummy months ago, in a procedure called “Airbrush Laser Lipo.”

“I’m going back for more because I loved it. I’m getting my inner thighs done, which as women know, is very, very hard,” she said.

She isn’t thinning her thighs for men’s sake.

“I’ve never heard any guys say, ‘Oh, I love her thighs.’ But for women, it’s about how we like to fit in our clothes.”

Moakler’s thighs bother her so much, she joked she pretends she doesn’t even own thighs.

“I’m like, ‘It’s not there, it’s not there.’ When I’m walking, and I can feel my thighs touch? I don’t want that.”

Moakler, 38, promised me she exercises an hour or two a day. These body parts she focuses on are stubborn areas.

“I’ve had three C-sections,” she said. “I’m based in L.A., so overall health and taking care of yourself at all times is crucial — like going to the gym, eating healthy and taking care of yourself. It’s not an easy fix. It’s something you have to be on top of.”

Moakler was just in Vegas this weekend as a director of Miss Nevada USA and Miss Nevada Teen USA.

She and Miss Nevada Nia Sanchez will appear Jan. 25 at Moon nightclub in the Palms.

Moakler drove from L.A. to Vegas with her car so “packed with prizes and crowns and banners and dresses,” she could barely see out of the back window.

“We doubled our numbers this year. Our sponsors are out of control. Nevada has literally become my second home. Everyone in Vegas has been so behind me and so supportive.”

That support for Nevada pageants is good for Moakler, but it’s even better news for “young girls trying to find new life skills,” she said.

“I want to bring opportunities to young girls because I was a young model in Rhode Island, and the Miss Rhode Island Teen USA pageant is how I got out of Rhode Island.

“I want to help them. I feel these young girls in Nevada, whether they’re dancing in clubs, or popping bottles, or whatnot, they’re gorgeous.”

The fascinating thing about Moakler’s role in the pageant is how colorful and nontraditional she is, compared with pageant leaders of yore.

I mean, Moakler was in Playboy, a feat that used to get women kicked out of pageant life.

She still shoots sexy photos for public consumption. She wrote her Twitter bio to describe herself as “Wicked Awesome. In Bed.”

Moakler said it’s better for beauty pageants to be honest about who people are, rather than creating a false air of perfection.

“What makes a true role model is someone who is relateable and someone that can say, ‘Hey, I’ve made mistakes too, but I have turned them into something bigger and better.’

“There are other pageants that act (more judgmental). I feel like they’re setting up their girls for failure sometimes, you know?”

I do. I would also rather read Moakler’s sultry Twitter feed than someone else’s perfectionist pageantry.

Moakler recently said on Twitter she was “dreaming of late nights in Las Vegas in dark places.” What was that about?

“That was for a particular boy, ha ha.”
