Hey Gang! Well, this was The Primal Root's one attempt at being topical by commenting on the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico we've all now forgotten about, hence, me having my Step Dad, Tom, throw a bucket of chocolate syrup in my face while I'm wearing a speedo. 

"Malibu Beach" is a plotless little summer movie from 1978 that revolves around two couple fooling around, riding bumper cars and getting attacked by sharks while smoking weed with local law enforcement. It's harmless and fun and features a bikini top stealing dog that's pretty remarkable. Few movies really capture the essence of exploitation cinema summer like "Malibu Beach." Sit back and enjoy the nonsense!
